Today this Helped

I was feeling tight in the throat and chest, feeling the contraction of anxiety. So I went out for a walk. I listened to Tsoknyi Rinpoche’s talk a couple of times on feelings, I did as he instructed and then the anxiety released. I was anxiety free, and still am feeling completely relaxed. Amazing 🤩

To be up tight inside and suffering and to experience it relaxing. And all I had to do is to drop out of my mind and into my body, and give the emotion felt there space. That is it. A miracle.
