“To free yourself, the moment you notice disturbance let go. Don’t wait for the initial disturbance to take over your mind. You are perfectly aware that you are beginning to get upset before you actually get upset. You can feel it, you feel when something starts to bother you. If you want to grow spiritually, that is the moment when you do your work.
